Ms. Harrigan is an operating partner for FACTOR and is responsible for capital raising from institutional partners and family offices.

Ms. Harrigan is the Founder of Ten18 Partners, a real estate capital advisory group that assists operators and developers in raising capital from family offices, RIAs/Wealth Managers, Endowments, Foundations, Trusts & PERE Funds. She also serves as an outsourced Investor Relations executive for select clients, managing relationships with both current and prospective investors. Prior to founding Ten18 Partners, she was responsible for capital raising at Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital.

With over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Harrigan has built a comprehensive career both in the U.S. and abroad, with expertise spanning capital raising, investor relations, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, business development, marketing, ground-up development, project management, debt workouts, and property management.

Ms. Harrigan graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in finance and real estate, and is also fluent in Spanish and Dutch. Ms. Harrigan is actively involved in several nonprofit initiatives, including Determined To Succeed in Los Angeles, CA, Hunger Coalition in Bellevue, ID, Make-a-Wish Real Estate Division in Los Angeles, CA, and Global Volunteers.
