Mr. Holte serves on the Strategic Advisory Board for Factor Strategic Partners, bringing over 40 years of real estate industry experience in acquisitions and development at industry-leading firms.

Mr. Holte is the Founder and CEO of Agile Workweek Investments (AWI), a firm investing in disruptive technologies and modernized properties designed to support a more efficient, agile, and human-centric workweek. While the pandemic accelerated workplace transformation, Mr. Holte’s inspiration for AWI began years earlier, rooted in his belief that how people want to live and work was already fundamentally shifting.

Mr. Holte has a distinguished career at the forefront of commercial real estate and innovation. Prior to AWI, he was the Founding CEO of Hines EXP Ventures, a business unit of Hines ($90B AUM) focused on building a global portfolio of early-stage ventures, strategic partnerships, and ESG solutions. Hines EXP is dedicated to driving scalable, innovative responses to the complex, long-term challenges facing the real estate industry, its investors, and communities worldwide.

Before Hines EXP, Mr. Holte served as President of the Irvine Company's Office Division, where he led the development, acquisition, and management of over 40 million square feet of office space across key markets including Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, and West Los Angeles. Prior to that, Mr. Holte spent 22 years as a senior development partner at Hines, overseeing development, operations, and growth on the West Coast.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Holte is a respected advisor and board member, actively shaping the future of real estate and innovation ecosystems. He serves as a senior advisor to Factor Strategic Partners, and also a leading proptech venture capital fund; he also sits on the boards of UCI Beall Applied Innovation, the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County, and several community-focused organizations. His deep passion for sustainable, healthy communities has also led to advisory and investment roles with groups such as Covenant House, the Orange County Community Foundation, and Innovation Collective.

A visionary leader known for his integrity, storytelling, and commitment to inclusive, collaborative communities, Mr. Holte is widely recognized for blending strategic leadership with a heartfelt dedication to societal impact. Mr. Holte holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
