Mr. Keith is an operating partner for FACTOR and is responsible for asset management oversight across FACTOR’s portfolio of GPs.

Mr. Keith is also the Founder and Managing Principal of Ross Blake Asset Management, which provides institutional-quality asset management services tailored for small and midsize commercial real estate firms. The firm positions real estate sponsors to scale their business, attract equity partners, and enhance the value of their portfolio while minimizing corporate overhead.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and operations, Mr. Keith is adept at driving growth and optimizing performance across diverse asset classes. He has successfully led multiple asset management teams, overseeing national portfolios of multifamily, student housing, and retail properties valued at over $8 billion. Before founding Ross Blake AM, Mr. Keith was Head of Asset Management at Core Spaces, a $4 billion AUM housing operator and developer specialized in student housing and build-for-rent communities. Prior to that, he led asset management for The Scion Group, overseeing a $5 billion student housing portfolio. He has held various other asset management roles throughout his career at large banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Keith graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business and also obtained his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Texas. He previously served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Jewish Council for Youth Services in Chicago, IL.
