FACTOR takes a hands-on, consultative approach to help its emerging GPs build institutional-quality real estate platforms with strategic guidance and support in developing the necessary infrastructure, processes, and procedures to properly invest and manage institutional capital, and then providing capital markets support to access institutional joint venture partners and ultimately larger capital sources, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds.
